📋 Description

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for post-disaster recovery housing efforts • Manage staff and oversee project management • Serve as an expert on policy and regulatory issues • Provide training and technical assistance to clients • Ensure smooth performance of low, medium, and high-volume projects • Communicate progress and issues to all parties involved • Represent ICF in client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 8+ years of combined program and project management experience • 5+ years of in-depth experience with the CDBG-DR program • 2+ years of experience project managing a successful high-volume housing recovery program • 1+ years of experience working directly with FEMA’s Individual Assistance Program • Able and willing to travel for program needs as directed • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and successfully pass a MVR check
