📋 Description

• Support the evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects • Develop and share best practices across the team and organization • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Customer Care teams • Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement • Manage reporting, forecasting, client invoices, and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client-facing presentations • Assist with processing incoming project applications and technical review • Review project application forms and submittals for compliance with program policies and procedures • Assign project applications for further processing and review • Assist with customer and contractor inquiries • Coordinate quality-control follow-up on project inspections and customer surveys

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or one year of related experience substituted for one year of education • 1+ year(s) professional experience in administration, operational support, data analysis, energy, and/or related experience • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening • Knowledge of the utility market, especially energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets • Experience reviewing blueprints, floor plans, and building equipment specifications documentation • Experience with Power BI or a similar data visualization tool • Experience with advanced Microsoft data software such as SharePoint Lists and Power Automate • Experience with data management, invoicing, and reporting • Sound business ethics, including protection of proprietary and confidential information • Proficiency in MS Office Applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Ability to work with internal staff, outside clients, and vendors
