📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact with DCSA leadership and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) • Lead day-to-day program operations, providing strategic direction, oversight, and coordination across cross-functional teams • Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and performance metrics • Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and personnel performance • Ensure compliance with federal regulations • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings to stakeholders • Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex federal or DoW programs (10+ years) • Bachelor’s degree in a Technical Field • Active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI • Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
