📋 Description

• Serve as collaborating physician for Icon Health APPs practicing in Tennessee • Support licensing, credentialing, CAQH updates, payer enrollment, and related administrative requirements • Be available by telephone or electronic means while APPs provide medical services • Provide clinical collaboration, guidance, and consultation for patient care needs exceeding APP competency or experience • Support referrals or escalation to physicians or other healthcare professionals when clinically indicated • Participate in APP competency and qualification evaluation, including peer review • Ensure APPs have appropriate qualifications, training, and experience for authorized services, procedures, and medication/device activities • Review and approve the Practice Agreement and support updates when needed • Sign required collaboration, credentialing, and regulatory documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified physician • Board certification in Sports Medicine, PM&R, Physiatry, Interventional Pain Management, or similar • Active Tennessee license in good standing • Must physically live and practice in Tennessee • Comfortable serving as a collaborating physician for APPs • Responsive, organized, and willing to move quickly on credentialing submissions and CAQH profile updates • Must have a Tennessee office • Must be available by telephone or other electronic means when APPs are providing services • Must support licensing, credentialing, CAQH updates, payer enrollment, and related administrative requirements • Must participate in APP competency and qualification evaluation and peer review activities • Must review and approve the Practice Agreement regularly • Must sign collaboration, credentialing, and regulatory documentation in a timely manner
