📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment strategies • Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards • Foster strong relationships with study sites and investigators to enhance patient recruitment and retention • Act as a liaison between sponsors, investigators, and study participants, providing support and guidance throughout the enrollment process • Contribute to the continuous improvement of enrollment processes and strategies to optimize trial outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or healthcare • Proven experience in clinical trial enrollment or related roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex medical data • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders • Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring accuracy and compliance in all aspects of clinical trial enrollment • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
