📋 Description

• Set the strategic direction for project and programme management at ICON • Drive performance, innovation, and growth across the project management function • Lead and oversee multiple clinical trial projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks • Act as a key point of contact for clients and address project-related concerns or inquiries • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field • Extensive experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research industry • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, delivering results, and exceeding client expectations • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
