📋 Description

• Plan, organize, monitor, oversee end-to-end execution, and deliver platform implementations optimizing utilization management, prior authorization, and clinical workflows • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives • Manage the full project life cycle, including requirements assessment, project plans and schedules, resource management, budgeting, execution, deployment, and closure • Utilize corporate and industry-standard project management tools and techniques • Establish and maintain corporate project management methodology and department procedures • Communicate project status to stakeholders and external agencies • Negotiate with stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks • Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives • Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas • Manage creation of project deliverables, including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation, ensuring quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 8+ years of project management experience with departmental specific projects • Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff • Proficient with MS-Office applications • Healthcare and managed care experience preferred • Understanding of Agile methodology preferred • Experience with payer core platforms, UM/CM, clinical workflow or other major healthcare platforms highly preferred
