📋 Description

• Coordinate clinical operations delivery, resolve issues, and develop team capability • Lead operational planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines • Engage with cross-functional teams to optimize trial design and operational efficiency throughout clinical development • Monitor trial progress and performance metrics, providing insights for decision-making and continuous improvement • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering collaboration and excellence • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication across clinical operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field • Extensive experience in managing clinical operations, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively in a dynamic environment • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a people leadership role • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in biosample management is required • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a keen focus on optimizing processes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful outcomes • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%) • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
