📋 Description

• Manage small projects involving fewer than 5 countries and/or limited services under direct or general supervision • Take primary responsibility for project deliverables meeting predefined quality standards, timelines, and budgets • Perform regional lead or project co-manager duties on complex international projects/programs • Take secondary responsibility for project deliverables meeting predefined quality standards, timelines, and budgets • Adhere to and promote PSI delivery and service principles when dealing with customers • Lead project teams • Train, mentor, and coach Lead CRAs, Senior CRAs, CRAs, PCAs, and SMAs • Participate in feasibility research • Support business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings • Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience • Minimum 5 years of experience gained in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and clinical research as the stated degree equivalency • At least 5 years of industry experience in clinical research • At least 2 years of recent clinical research experience as a project manager or equivalent, such as Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Study Team Lead • Regional clinical project management experience, including management of all project services from startup to closure • Therapeutic experience in Oncology, Gastroenterology, and/or Radiopharmaceuticals is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
