đź“‹ Description

• Design and analyze clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data • Lead clinical research tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement • Create and maintain detailed data management plans and documentation • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues to streamline data flow and enhance data quality throughout the study lifecycle • Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute study-specific data management strategies • Perform project activities such as filing and archiving study documentation and dispatching queries to investigator sites • Mentor junior data coordinators on data reconciliation, coding, and cleaning procedures • Ensure study timelines are met

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences or Healthcare • Proven experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry • Familiarity with data management software and systems, such as Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards, such as ICH-GCP, is a plus • Willingness to travel as required, approximately 5% • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
