âą Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships âą Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders âą Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies âą Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks and identify improvement opportunities âą Develop strategies to mitigate potential contractual issues âą Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems âą Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution
âą Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field âą Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management in the clinical research industry âą Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements related to clinical trials and vendor agreements âą Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills âą Strong attention to detail and organizational skills âą Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment âą Legal right to work in Canada âą Advanced degree or certification in Contract Management or a relevant discipline preferred
