📋 Description
• Establish collaborative relationships with agencies and producers • Underwrite complex business within performance standards • Manage a profitable book of business • Develop and maintain producer group • Evaluate risks, quoting and pricing for profitability • Conduct presentations and provide superior customer service • Regularly visit producers' offices for support
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics or related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years of related experience in underwriting required, 7 years preferred • Current driver’s license required • Relationship management skills • Ability to apply advanced Underwriting concepts • Ability to read and interpret insurance documents
