📋 Description

• Build the US Valve Data Center Cooling business into a scalable growth business and own the results • Develop and own the Annual Operating Plan, including strategy, forecast, revenue, gross margin, pricing, and resource allocation • Lead execution against the approved Annual Operating Plan and deliver results • Grow revenue and gross margin across the US Valve portfolio and connected IDEX opportunities • Lead and scale the Global Commercial team • Build the structure, accountability, and execution needed to scale the business • Create alignment across sites, businesses, functions, and customers without relying on direct authority • Meet or exceed Annual Operating Plan commitments while balancing growth, margin, cash, and customer needs • Deepen priority customer relationships, convert the opportunity pipeline, and turn unmet needs into growth • Align IDEX products, capabilities, and leaders to deliver differentiated solutions through US Valve • Set priorities using market mapping, competitive intelligence, and 80/20 • Maintain a visible pipeline with actions, owners, and barriers • Drive the NPD funnel and roadmap with Product Management and Engineering • Connect customer needs with products and capabilities across IDEX • Serve as senior business partner and escalation point for priority customers, including the C-suite • Establish a repeatable voice-of-customer process • Lead and scale the Commercial team and Program Management through cross-functional collaboration • Align people with high-priority opportunities and add capacity as needed • Run regular business reviews and maintain forecast discipline • Recommend capital, M&A, partnerships, and other matters outside the approved plan to leadership • Track quality, delivery, and lead-time performance • Launch kaizens and require fact-based root-cause analysis, countermeasures, and clear owners for recurring issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field • 10+ years of international commercial, business development, product management, or general management experience in complex B2B • 5+ years leading and developing sales, commercial, or cross-functional teams • Experience owning an annual operating plan, forecast, pricing, and gross margin • Willingness to travel globally to customers, suppliers and partner businesses • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred • Direct P&L or business-line accountability preferred • Experience in data center cooling, fluid handling, valves, thermal management, or related engineered products preferred • Experience building a business line, entering adjacent markets, or scaling a high-growth platform preferred • Experience connecting capabilities across a multi-business or matrixed organization to create shared customer solutions preferred • Working knowledge of program management and the operating rhythms that turn opportunities into results preferred
