📋 Description

• Provide frontline support for JDE-related requests and issues through the helpdesk ticket system, escalating to the Corporate team when needed • Configure and maintain JDE application settings, security roles, menus, and user permissions • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving JDE modules, interfaces, and business processes • Ensure compliance with change management, security, and audit requirements • Assist with data analysis, data corrections, and mass dataset updates • Support configuration, testing, and deployment of third-party ERP applications • Design and develop functionality, reports, forms, and interface systems for Finance/Accounting, Inventory Management, Operations, and Customer Service • Support corporate application improvement and development projects, including requirements fulfillment, testing, training development, and quality implementations • Identify business process improvement opportunities using standard or custom JDE functionality • Provide user training and maintain process flows, support procedures, and training materials • Communicate regularly with staff at all levels regarding user and business needs • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science, or a related field such as Finance, Engineering, or Mathematics • Three years of JDE applications experience • Strong programming fundamentals and analytical background • Excellent time and project management skills • Logical problem-solving ability • Ability to apply an organized and structured approach to tasks • Ability to drive projects forward • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Advanced computer skills • Self-starter able to balance priorities • Ability to adhere to confidential information handling procedures • Professionalism and contribution to a positive work culture • Willingness to work in or be exposed to a manufacturing environment • Proper use of required safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes, goggles, safety glasses, gloves, apron, and face shield • Willingness to travel 10%
