• Lead end-to-end delivery of the global footprint transformation program for Materials Science Solutions • Oversee operations simplification, facility development, equipment transfers, and capital investments • Translate strategic plans into sequenced, executable multi-phase, multi-region programs with timelines, dependencies, risk frameworks, CAPEX plans, and milestones • Drive objectives including revenue growth from $400M to $780M, on-time project delivery, and production continuity • Lead cross-functional teams and partner with HR on talent retention and organizational transitions • Lead two regional project directors responsible for EU and North America execution • Plan and execute operations simplification, brownfield expansions, new capacity build-outs, and equipment transfer, installation, and qualification programs • Oversee facility design, layout optimization, and ramp readiness with Operations and site leadership • Develop and deploy standardized playbooks for equipment onboarding, production ramp/de-ramp planning, and capability transfers • Develop site-level staffing and talent transition plans with HR and Operations leadership • Engage statutory bodies and corporate functions while adapting to regulatory, trade, compliance, and labor consultation requirements • Manage interfaces with Operations, site leadership, HR, Finance, Go-To-Market teams, and corporate Legal and Compliance functions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field required • Master’s Degree preferred • 15+ years of experience in global operations/manufacturing leadership • Experience executing large-scale transformation programs in manufacturing and technology organizations • Proven track record in multi-site consolidation, ramp programs and start-ups • Proven experience with capital-intensive expansion initiatives with significant customer impact • Proven experience leading complex global PMOs • Strong program leadership and execution discipline • Deep expertise managing and leading manufacturing operations • Expertise in manufacturing scale-up, facility development, equipment transfer and industrialization • Ability to operate across strategy and execution, and commercial and operations interfaces including direct-to-customer • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen • Critical thinking, independent judgment, and data-driven decision-making • Ability to manage multiple projects end to end and work through obstacles • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to define frameworks and iterate • Strong team-player orientation • Commitment to IDEX Values of Trust, Team, and Excellence
