📋 Description

• Drive initiatives that enhance organizational quality and performance • Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities • Implement best-practice solutions • Develop and optimize end-to-end processes using design thinking methodology • Monitor organizational performance measures • Support continuous improvement efforts • Collaborate across teams to achieve strategic goals • Serve as the primary quality improvement expert for internal and external partners • Facilitate collaboration, communication, and alignment toward measure improvement goals • Maintain enterprise performance on assigned quality measures • Incorporate IEHP’s Quality Program goals, including HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years of quality measurement experience in a health system or health plan setting, focused on health plan quality improvement strategies • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field from an accredited institution required • Certified Professional of Healthcare Quality required or required to obtain within one (1) year of employment • Master’s or Doctorate degree in a Science or Health Related field preferred • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the California BRN preferred • Advanced active, unrestricted, and unencumbered clinical licensure issued by the appropriate State Board preferred • Valid California Driver’s License preferred • Knowledge of health plan, federal, state, and accreditation quality requirements • Knowledge of provider workflows and care coordination and transition management processes • Knowledge of SDOH, health equity, community resources, person-centered care, and alternative care models • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project • Proficiency in basic computer applications • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, organizational, leadership, and project management skills • Ability to lead and work as part of a cross-functional team • Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate ambiguity • Ability to commute to meeting locations as needed
