📋 Description

• Research legislation, regulatory frameworks, and legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions • Prepare structured findings for ongoing matters and projects • Prepare and review commercial agreements, legal memoranda, and compliance documentation • Support licensing and regulatory procedures • Track legislative and regulatory developments and evaluate their potential effect on business operations • Contribute to compliance and other regulatory projects • Participate in international and cross-border legal matters • Provide research, drafting, and administrative legal support throughout project stages • Handle professional correspondence involving clients, regulators, and external business partners • Work closely with senior lawyers, incorporate feedback, and take on increasingly complex legal assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law • Good command of written and spoken English, sufficient for legal research, document work, and professional business communication • Strong research and analytical abilities • Careful and structured approach to documentation, with strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to organize multiple assignments, set priorities, and consistently meet agreed deadlines • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively • Responsible and proactive approach to work • Genuine interest in learning and developing legal expertise • Flexibility and willingness to work with unfamiliar topics, jurisdictions, and new regulatory challenges • Previous practical experience as a lawyer, paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar legal position would be a plus • Exposure to corporate, commercial, international, or IT law would be a plus • Knowledge of additional foreign languages would be a plus
