📋 Description

• Assist in reviewing workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement • Help collect, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders • Conduct research on market conditions, competitors, and emerging trends • Assist with agile ceremonies and document sprint objectives and outcomes • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business issues • Support the identification and implementation of process improvements • Contribute to stakeholder communications and reporting through presentations and reports • Analyze information and provide insights that support decision making • Assist with testing and validation of business solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CIS, CSE, MIS, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Basic understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies • Familiarity with Jira, Visio, draw.io, or similar tools is a plus • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, creativity, and time management • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude • Ability to thrive in a driven, passionate, creative, and collaborative environment • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis • Current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available
