📋 Description

• Review and correct customer enrollment information • Process enrollments through utility, developer partner, and program administrator platforms • Track project fill rates and identify discrepancies • Communicate issues to the Operations team • Capture current workflows and contribute process improvement ideas • Confirm subscribers are billed correctly and on time • Support billing issue resolution and subscription fee collection • Help oversee automated billing processes • Prepare subscriber statements when needed • Contribute to billing accuracy and completion reporting • Assist with developer partner reports and track key reporting metrics • Provide useful insights to the business • Support efforts to improve and automate reporting processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field • Strong interest in renewable energy and community solar is a plus • Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software and tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good project management and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and asking clarifying questions • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis • Current or future sponsorship is not supported or available
