📋 Description
• Define the overarching UX vision and UI design language for our omnichannel ecosystem. • Architect sophisticated, user-facing analytics tools. • Lead the design strategy for AI-driven features. • Oversee and evolve a scalable Design System that maintains brand integrity. • Serve as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Stakeholders. • Direct usability testing and competitive analysis to ensure implementations solve real user pain points.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in UX Strategy, Interaction Design, or Product Design. • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools. • Experience designing for Generative AI or Predictive Analytics. • Deep understanding of maintaining 'state' and context for a user across different devices and platforms. • Mastery of data visualization principles; ability to reduce cognitive load while presenting 'dense' information through intuitive charts and KPIs. • Experience designing for high-stakes environments where data privacy (HIPAA) is critical.
