📋 Description

• Assist the Medical Director of Breast Imaging in leading the breast radiologist team • Contribute to strategic recruitment, clinical mentorship, and team engagement • Manage subspecialty-specific quality assurance programs, including MQSA compliance, EQUIP processes, and peer review • Direct site-level operations and partner relations for remote diagnostic programs • Maintain diagnostic quality, streamline workflows, and resolve operational issues • Serve as a clinical subject-matter expert during prospective client meetings and partner health system discussions • Balance clinical diagnostic reading with section leadership, administrative oversight, and enterprise quality initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO, eligible to practice medicine in the U.S. • ABR or AOBR board-certified radiologist with fellowship training in Breast Imaging • 5+ years post-training clinical experience in high-volume breast imaging • Experience including 3D digital breast tomosynthesis, diagnostic ultrasound, and breast MRI • Unrestricted active license in at least one U.S. state • Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses
