📋 Description

• Review, draft, negotiate, and administer moderately complex SaaS agreements, MSAs, software licensing agreements, custom amendments, DPAs, BAAs, public procurement terms, and related documents • Own assigned agreements through their full lifecycle, including input, approvals, execution, renewal, amendment, and termination • Coordinate contract work during time-sensitive and business-critical periods, including month-end and quarter-end cycles • Identify contractual, operational, regulatory, security, privacy, revenue, and commercial implications • Escalate high-impact issues with options and recommendations • Lead customer-facing negotiations and internal deal discussions • Participate in calls and meetings as required • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Security, Compliance, Legal Operations, and Proposals • Interpret industry regulations and contract terms and provide practical guidance on obligations, risk, process, and approved alternatives • Maintain accurate contract records, approvals, obligation handoffs, and lifecycle data in Salesforce and designated repositories • Provide regular contract status updates to leadership and assigned account team members • Recommend or lead improvements to templates, clause guidance, intake, approvals, reporting, and workflow consistency • Assist team members and model effective workload prioritization • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or Paralegal certification, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Experience in contract management, including reviewing, writing, redlining, file management, and negotiating • Preferred experience at a SaaS organization in healthcare, government procurement, or a highly regulated related field • High attention to detail and strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, including presenting, negotiating, and influencing others • Strong project management, organization, and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and changing project requirements • Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce or similar platforms • Understanding of data flow between sales, contracts, and finance teams • Ability to work independently in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows • Ability to maintain discretion with proprietary and confidential information • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration, and team orientation • Ability to travel as required, up to 10%
