📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive, professional, and proactive virtual acute care for medically complex pediatric patients • Use clinical knowledge and expertise in triaging and nursing assessments to deliver safe patient care via telehealth platforms • Execute systematic clinical triage protocols to determine patient disposition for acute illnesses, including calling 911, referring to ED/ER, arranging provider or nurse visits, and providing home care advice • Navigate and operate multiple software platforms simultaneously, including EMR, telehealth portals, triage protocol system, Microsoft products, and communication tools, while providing real-time patient care • Deliver patient- and family-centered care across all interactions • Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity when working with culturally diverse populations • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and family members to plan and implement care • Support organizational goals and maintain professional standards aligned with Imagine Pediatrics’ mission, vision, and values • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate with a bachelor's in nursing from an accredited university required • Multistate Compact Licensed RN required • Bilingual in English & Spanish required • 4+ year's experience in pediatric nursing required • 1-2 years' experience in a Pediatric ED/Urgent Care preferred • Virtual care experience preferred • Availability for 3x12s, 12-hour shifts: 5:00am-5:00pm, 7:00am-7:00pm, 11:00am-11:00pm, and 7:00pm-7:00am • Multistate compact license required
