📋 Description
• Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes for assigned clients • Close monthly billing cycles and prepare timely AR, payment, and adjustment reports • Lead and mentor remote billing contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency • Serve as the main client contact (billing staff, CFOs, CEOs), building strong professional relationships • Design, update, and implement billing procedures and train staff accordingly • Interview, onboard, and support contractor development • Collaborate with leadership on client needs, performance, and resource planning
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years’ experience in revenue cycle management, billing operations, or related leadership role • Proven ability to improve processes and resolve claims issues effectively • Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities
