The organization provides on-campus experiences (training, events, a championship golf course, and a Legacy Hotel), online coaching and resources, and services for athletes, families, clubs, high schools, and college coaches. IMG positions itself as a world leader in sports education, preparing student-athletes for college and beyond and filling a significant share of college freshman roster spots annually.

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 virtual nutrition coaching to student-athletes in the IMG Academy+ program • Potentially conduct group coaching • Build genuine rapport with adolescent and teen athletes • Apply behavior-change coaching to help athletes set and achieve realistic goals • Promote ongoing nutrition support and recommend and sell additional coaching sessions when appropriate • Deliver age- and developmentally appropriate, evidence-based nutrition guidance • Design personalized fueling plans aligned with athletes' needs and goals • Manage a minimum caseload of 55 student-athletes • Conduct approximately 50 athlete sessions per month, using 40-minute sessions • Conduct monthly 20-minute parent sessions for each student-athlete • Complete client communication, scheduling, note-taking, and session-tracking administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Availability for weekly sessions with all clients, including flexible hours, nights, and weekends • Approximately 30 hours of weekly availability, with at least 15 hours during family-friendly times • Proven 1:1 coaching experience with adolescent and teen athletes • Strong behavior-change coaching skills • Sales and account management experience • Registered Dietitian (RD) • State licensure in the state where you physically reside, if applicable • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field • Ability to comply with nutrition-service legislation where residing • Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills • Understanding of current nutrition research • Experience building menus and catering needs for athletes • Knowledge of sports governing-body rules regarding restricted substances and supplements • Experience developing educational content for youth audiences • Ability to communicate current knowledge in realistic and practical terms • Ability to connect with and motivate youth athletes, particularly adolescents and teens • Credibility as a nutrition subject-matter expert • Strong time management, adaptability, and flexibility • Openness and responsiveness to feedback
