It operates 24/7 emergency call-taking and rapid-response interventions for home incidents (fires, water damage, electrical faults, locksmithing), offers remote damage expertise and cost estimation, and manages repair-in-kind through a national network of vetted contractors. IMH also runs digital platforms to support project estimation and paid home-service offerings, coordinates large-scale catastrophe responses, and connects insurers, beneficiaries and service providers via its accredited prestataire network.

📋 Description

• Support a department or function by performing assigned tasks and assisting with projects • Participate in projects supporting department or facility needs • Work with team members to identify solutions and accomplish individual and team goals • Attend team and department meetings and share relevant knowledge and skills • Gain knowledge of department and facility functions, including job shadowing where applicable • Assist department or facility members with assigned tasks • Complete assigned internship projects and remain accountable for results and timelines • Work independently or as part of a team and involve others when needed • Provide operational and clerical support as needed • Attend a required Microsoft Teams video interview and potential onsite interviews and meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Student in business fields (Finance, Communications, Marketing, HR, legal, etc.) • In the first two years of an undergraduate program at an accredited institution • Education is verified • Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and e-mail, and scheduling applications • Experience in a role requiring effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Speaking, hearing/listening, seeing, and manual dexterity • Must reside outside California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, and Washington
