📋 Description

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and support healthcare platform software configuration • Review change requests for consistency and compatibility with existing systems • Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify required modifications • Implement business functions within established SLAs • Analyze complex business requirements and perform configuration analysis, design, coding, and unit testing • Develop prototype configurations • Analyze and design configuration for changing regulatory requirements • Escalate and resolve issues appropriately • Provide accurate activity estimates and concise status updates • Identify when configuration cannot fully meet requirements and help define associated business processes • Work independently and collaborate with teams • Lead or assist with projects • Maintain technical and functional architecture knowledge and act as a subject matter expert • Train and mentor others • Review end-to-end business processes for operational and technological risks • Provide leadership, guidance, mentoring, and relationship building to team members and peers • Present recommendations to peers, senior management, external vendors, and clients • Lead reviews of benefits or provider reimbursement and design appropriate changes • Perform configuration quality audits

🎯 Requirements

• Eight years of experience in healthcare, business analysis, or information systems • Three years of technical experience with a healthcare platform as a configuration analyst, business or project analyst, or in information systems • Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel • Knowledge of relational database concepts • Ability to create and modify complex SQL scripts • Willingness to work outside core business hours to meet business needs
