📋 Description

• Build and run the company's operational infrastructure and operating system • Provide leadership with weekly visibility into work allocation, team load, and delivery risk • Assess capacity and present staffing options for new bank implementations • Surface stalled projects, overloaded teams, and unanswered customer concerns • Manage the two technical account managers through 1:1s, goal tracking, feedback, and development • Coordinate staffing, project reassignment, out-of-office coverage, and customer issue routing • Ensure every client concern has an owner, plan, and next check-in date • Own operational cadence, including lead sync agendas, cycle kickoffs, commitment tracking, and follow-up • Collaborate with People Operations on software contracts, offsites, and team meetups • Create operational documentation, staffing plans, and status rhythms • Flag implementation risks while leads retain responsibility for client-project recovery • Shape organizational and product decisions through operational data

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years spanning delivery leadership and business operations • Leadership role at a B2B software company or a smaller group in a larger tech company • Experience personally running complex enterprise implementations or owning technical accounts • Recent client-facing experience sufficient to earn team trust • Strong writing and communication skills • Relentless organization without unnecessary bureaucracy • Directness and confidence in communicating capacity constraints • Nice to have: experience in fintech or selling into banks • Nice to have: familiarity with Linear, Notion, Pylon, and Mixpanel • Nice to have: experience supporting a technical team such as engineering, design, or implementations
