📋 Description

• Investigate escalated customer and provider issues using CRM and internal data tools, tracing issues to their root causes • Map provider data, agency processes, and internal workflows to identify process breakdowns • Analyze case and usage data to identify recurring problems, revenue-loss risks, and violation risks • Collaborate with Operations and providers to define technical requirements and support issue resolution and continuous process improvement • Partner with Operations, Development, and Product to recommend process changes, reports, dashboards, or product enhancements • Document findings and recommendations for teammates, managers, and product owners • Engage with customers as needed • Maintain broad knowledge of Fleetworthy's services

🎯 Requirements

• No prior tolling or transportation experience required • Natural systems thinker, curious about how things connect • Comfortable working with technology and data, including spreadsheets, CRM records, and reports • Basic Excel skills expected; additional Excel skills are a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts • Excellent time management and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team • Ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment • Demonstrates Fleetworthy Core Values
