📋 Description

• Provide PERS with an enterprise view of all product lines • Lead the Product Owner Team • Support programs that continue to serve the retirement system • Work within the Modernization Program section and Modernization Division • Help develop solutions and implement critical agency decisions • Administer public employee benefit trusts so the right person receives the right benefit at the right time

🎯 Requirements

• Five years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience; OR two years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field • Advanced knowledge of product management processes and methodology • Highly detail orientated and precision driven work • Agile/SCRUM Certified; PMP preferred • Experienced in waterfall methodology • 3-5 years of Product owner experience preferred • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Expertise with user acceptance testing • Preference may be given to residents of the State of Oregon and Washington • Must be a U.S. citizen or qualified non-citizen • Must complete I-9 documentation and confirm authorization to work in the United States • Finalists subject to a criminal history check • General cover letter required • Completed application questionnaire required
