📋 Description

• Develop and execute the global business systems strategy and roadmap for the company’s core applications globally • Lead a team of business systems analysts, architects, administrators, and technical leads • Partner with executive and business leaders to identify technology opportunities and process improvements • Oversee the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of enterprise applications • Manage global business systems projects, priorities, budgets, and resources • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for enterprise systems • Drive adoption of automation, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives • Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and compliance • Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and service providers • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure business value and operational effectiveness • Lead change management, communication, and user adoption efforts for strategic initiatives • Establish priorities and roadmaps for enterprise business systems • Approve business system enhancements, integrations, and technology solutions • Make resource allocation and staffing decisions within approved budgets • Determine governance standards, support models, and operational processes • Recommend enterprise application investments and modernization strategies • Influence business process transformation and digital innovation initiatives • Escalate significant financial, security, compliance, or enterprise architecture risks as appropriate • Serve as the primary leader and decision-maker for the organization’s global business systems portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise business applications • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or business technology functions • Experience leading global or multi-regional business systems environments • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRIS enterprise platforms • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in MBA, Information Systems, Technology Management, or related field • Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365, PMP, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or Change Management certification • Preferred: Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives
