📋 Description

• Manage client relationships through proactive phone and email communication • Provide one-on-one coaching to CLA clients on program uploads and delivery methods • Respond to initial airtime inquiries and onboard new clients • Manage CLA contracts, amendments, billing operations, and credit card processing • Maintain QuickBooks accuracy and perform timely financial data entry • Conduct initial collection efforts and support accounts receivable, reconciliation, and financial forecasting • Provide Master Control reporting to support client invoicing • Review and confirm electronic program guide accuracy • Help develop and implement department processes, procedures, and training materials • Recommend best practices • Administer leased access channels and support smooth cross-team operations • Participate in CLA business decisions, providing insight on scheduling and program delivery issues • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Deep technical and scheduling expertise • Ability to collaborate effectively with Master Control/TechOps, Finance, and internal CLA teams • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant operational matters • Maintain regular, punctual attendance • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Primary work location must be within the United States
