📋 Description

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and support healthcare platform software configuration • Review change requests for consistency and compatibility with existing systems • Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify required modifications • Implement business functions within established SLAs • Analyze business requirements and perform configuration analysis, design, coding, and unit testing • Develop or assist with prototype configuration • Analyze and design configuration for changing regulatory requirements • Escalate and resolve issues as directed • Provide activity estimates and concise status updates • Document request status in the change management system • Work independently and collaborate with a team • Assist with projects at management's direction • Maintain understanding of assigned systems' technical and functional architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of experience working with business systems or in healthcare • Thorough understanding of claims processing and billing • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel • Ability to run basic queries and reports • Willingness to work outside core business hours to meet business needs • Experience with relational databases and data models (preferred) • Ability to design basic SQL queries (preferred) • Experience in a configuration analyst role (preferred)
