📋 Description

• Initiate the development and deployment of data analytics at Intermountain Health • Support the Primary and Preventive Care Clinical Program • Contribute to strategic initiatives, clinical standards, and operational goals through data insights • Provide advanced support for management-level leadership in a business or clinical area • Develop a deep understanding of customer data and supported business/clinical operations • Fulfill complex customer requests through data exploration, report development, and visual storytelling • Provide project updates and communicate analytic findings to customers • Lead analytic work demonstrations and hands-on customer training • Maintain, monitor, promote, and support effective use of data applications • Collaborate with business and clinical leaders across Intermountain Health • Enhance technical skills through individual learning and analytic community education • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements • Mentor and guide junior analysts • Apply product, project, or program management methodologies to data analytic projects

🎯 Requirements

• Strong skills in SQL and database management tasks • Proficiency in developing advanced visualizations and dashboards • High proficiency in office applications for detailed reports and presentations • Strong communication skills with experience presenting data insights to senior leaders • Deep knowledge of healthcare data through specialized projects • Experience fostering team collaboration and supporting individual development • Demonstrated ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements • Proven experience providing mentorship and guidance to junior analysts • Advanced knowledge of Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management philosophies and methodologies, and ability to apply them to data analytic projects • Preferred Epic Cogito certification • Preferred experience using Databricks platform • Preferred bachelor's degree in analytics-related fields and four years of relevant data-analysis experience • Preferred bachelor's degree in another area and six years of relevant work experience in data analysis • Experience without a related degree considered if skills and experience are robust • Ability to remain sitting or standing for long periods while working on a computer, telephone, or other equipment
