📋 Description

• Partner with Medical Affairs to define, refine, and evolve metrics and KPIs across conditions and services • Build, document, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in Omni, Hex, or similar BI tools • Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analyses addressing business and clinical questions • Identify trends and gaps in clinical improvement initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements • Support data integrity by contributing to dbt models and scalable data structures • Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to provide necessary data sources • Advise Medical Affairs leadership on measurement, success metrics, and strategic initiatives • Partner with data science to investigate major trends and their drivers • Provide training, documentation, and support for dashboards and data products • Ensure accurate, consistent reporting and metric documentation across stakeholders • Use AI-forward methods and analyze data derived from AI technologies for clinical and operational insights • Lead stakeholder meetings and provide status, bandwidth, and timely Jira and Slack updates • Report to the Associate Director, Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools • Expert in SQL • At least familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools • Experience with Omni, Hex, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools, including creating data models and building dashboards • Early adopter of AI and automation tools; active experimentation with LLMs, AI-assisted analytics, and emerging tooling • Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Comfortable working independently with executive-level team members • Strong user empathy and ability to translate stakeholder challenges into data solutions • Ability to proactively manage priorities and dependencies across functions • Ability to navigate ambiguous problem areas and changing priorities • Passion for Spring Health’s mission to remove barriers to mental health care
