📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and provide strategic recommendations for HR transformation • Ensure successful delivery of complex Workday HCM projects from requirements gathering through go-live support • Stay current on the latest Workday HCM features and functionality and share knowledge with clients and colleagues • Mentor and develop junior and senior team members, supporting their technical and consulting skills • Deliver ERP solutions using Workday’s Human Capital Suite to help healthcare clients improve business performance • Assist clients with HR challenges through Workday implementation and optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading at least 2 full-cycle Workday HCM implementations • Strong functional expertise across Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning • Demonstrated team and functional workstream leadership • Ability to guide clients and build client relationships • Experience facilitating client workshops and managing stakeholder expectations • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Workday HCM Partner Certifications preferred, including Core HCM, Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, and Benefits • Experience with testing, security, and data conversion • Familiarity with healthcare systems such as Epic, Cerner, and UKG/Kronos • Knowledge of Workday deployment methodology
