📋 Description

• Plan and direct design engineers and technical engineers working on projects • Manage development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs • Oversee multiple high visibility programs • Lead cross-functional global teams • Present and communicate with business leaders • Manage program budget and forecast costs • Identify and mitigate risks and issues • Align deliverables to program objectives • Manage program governance

🎯 Requirements

• 11 to 14 years of experience in program management • Strong project management skills • Good grasp of accelerated compute and AI technologies • Domain-specific knowledge related to accelerated compute programs • Effective communication skills for diverse stakeholders • Strategic thinking for long-term implications of programs • Risk management experience in dynamic environments • Team leadership for multi-disciplinary teams • Adaptability to new technologies in AI • Understanding of budgeting and resource allocation
