📋 Description

• Independently lead and design jury research engagements • Develop test agendas and research instruments • Facilitate focus groups and mock trials • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data • Produce comprehensive client reports in collaboration with the research team • Prepare witnesses for trial preparation • Collaborate with clients to develop voir dire strategies and questions • Lead the jury selection process • Monitor trials and provide real-time feedback to attorneys on the clarity, credibility, and persuasiveness of evidence and witness testimony • Contribute to client service, financial performance, thought leadership, business development, and consulting-team growth • Report to the Chair of the Jury Consulting Advisory Steering Committee

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in all aspects of litigation consulting services, including strategy and theme development, jury research projects such as mock trials and focus groups, witness preparation for deposition and trial, onsite jury selection/in-court assistance, designing, coding and grading juror questionnaires, and drafting voir dire • Proficiency in consultant competencies including project management, business development, case management, budget management, and personnel development • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple clients and manage the development and delivery of work product • Strong understanding of social science research methods, including qualitative and quantitative data analysis • Strong understanding of the project delivery process and interaction between disciplines within a case team • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and remain flexible in a constantly changing environment • Ability to perform under pressure and manage shifting deadlines • Ability to effectively present ideas and concepts verbally and in writing • Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills, tolerance for uncertainty, and adaptability to changing caseloads • Minimum of a master's degree in social or behavioral sciences or communication • 5+ years of experience in jury consulting • Ability to travel 50–60% of the time
