📋 Description

• Provide strategic insights and analytical expertise to help healthcare clients demonstrate the value of products and services. • Design and conduct value evidence development projects. • Design and deliver client-ready project solutions. • Execute independently and provide technical leadership to junior staff on HEOR projects. • Work toward strategic leadership on single-team projects. • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to clients. • Engage with clients as day-to-day contact and key scientific presenter. • Coordinate project team members to complete tasks on time and to the required quality. • Participate in business development, including project scoping, proposal development, and budget development, with oversight. • Support thought leadership as requested. • Coach and mentor colleagues. • Allocate approximately 70% of time to project delivery, 20% to business development and proposals, and 10% to ongoing professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree required. • 5+ years of experience. • Clear and collaborative communicator. • Ability to drive results and achieve deadlines. • Strong critical thinking skills. • Ability to drive innovation and deliver with excellence. • Strong skills and demonstrated consulting experience in at least one of: Health Economics; HEOR-related Statistics; HEOR / HTA Strategy; Evidence Review and/or Synthesis; HEOR Expert Elicitation / Stakeholder Engagement; Value Communication. • Knowledge of new innovative and technical developments applicable to the organization and HEOR functions. • Knowledge of main research methods used within Lumanity’s HEOR practice. • Awareness of new methodological and technical developments and their use within the department.
