📋 Description

• Provide functional support for PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials, focusing on AP, PO, and GL modules • Perform data mapping and analyze data flows between PeopleSoft and integrated systems • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and integration-related issues • Work closely with business stakeholders and testing teams to validate functionality and resolve defects • Analyze existing PeopleSoft configurations and adapt to the City's environment • Support functional testing, issue resolution, and business process improvements • Collaborate with project team members to complete assigned deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on functional experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing (PO), and General Ledger (GL) modules • Experience with data mapping, data flows, and functional troubleshooting • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience supporting testing activities and resolving functional defects • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to quickly understand existing system configurations and business processes • 3+ years of PeopleSoft functional experience preferred • Experience with AP automation, system integrations, or invoice processing workflows preferred • Familiarity with OCR-based invoice processing and automated workflows preferred • Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and QA teams preferred
