📋 Description

• Run client discovery sessions to map complex workflows and identify operational bottlenecks • Translate business requirements into clean technical specifications • Architect scalable data models, relational schemas, automated workflows, and client-facing interfaces • Build and configure solutions directly using relational and low-code/no-code platforms • Own client relationships from the first discovery call through final delivery • Own delivery plans, scope, milestones, status reports, and timelines across enterprise client projects • Coordinate technical execution with internal Engineers • Audit and optimize clients' existing system architectures for cleanliness, speed, and scalability • Own architecture, configuration, project governance, and client success

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped working systems in relational, low-code, or operations platforms such as Airtable, Notion, Retool, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier/Make, or similar • Deep understanding of relational database principles, including linked records, primary keys, foreign keys, one-to-many/many-to-many relationships, and scalable schema structure • Proven experience running client meetings, managing scope and expectations, and managing multiple projects simultaneously • Based in the US, Canada, or Latin America • English level of C1+ communication • Availability aligned with US business hours (EST/CST/PST) • Nice to have: formal database or data modeling experience, including SQL, ERDs, and schema normalization • Nice to have: hands-on experience with Airtable, ClickUp, or similar workflow platforms • Nice to have: background in B2B consulting, technical agencies, RevOps, or business operations
