📋 Description

• Identify, lead, and facilitate Revenue Cycle Operational Effectiveness and performance improvement initiatives • Collaborate with operations without direct supervisory responsibility over team members • Scope projects, develop project plans, and assist with implementing solutions • Initiate, execute, and manage Revenue Cycle Operational Effectiveness initiatives, research, quality assurance activities, and related projects • Lead development of training content supporting operational improvements • Serve as an internal consultant and knowledge expert related to Revenue Cycle • Apply Lean methodology to process improvement, improved results, project management, and operational oversight • Develop processes, conduct workflow analysis, and support strategic planning and business plan development • Lead operational research and root-cause investigations based on stakeholder requests • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to design operational changes that create revenue opportunities and improve patient experiences • Ensure reliability, sustainability, spread, and use of industry best practices and benchmarks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is Required • 3 years of progressively responsible project management or process improvement experience Required • Proven understanding of revenue cycle operations and technology Required • Previous experience using or implementing Epic Preferred • Master’s Degree Preferred • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies Preferred
