📋 Description

• Deliver individual therapy sessions through Included Health's telehealth platform • Perform virtual counseling and psychotherapy • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations • Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings • Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans • Evaluate mental health assessment results • Provide evidence-based therapeutic support • Conduct assigned monthly chart reviews for peer-review quality assurance • Focus on patient care and documentation while Clinical Operations manages billing, scheduling, and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision • Current clinical licensure in the state of primary residence • Experience with technology and digital tools and platforms • Active and unrestricted Texas LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT license • LCSW: Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program • LCSW: 2+ years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience • LPC/LMHC: Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program • LPC/LMHC: 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience • LMFT: Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program • LMFT: 3+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience • Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
