• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan • Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed • Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner • Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients • Request consultation or referral with other health care providers when appropriate • Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans • Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices and evidence-based care • Provide cross-coverage for tasks such as reviewing lab results • Offer scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends
• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school. • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in accordance with state requirements • Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC • Active RN compact license • Active multi-state licensure **(5+ licenses preferred)** • Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings • Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations • Ability to function within an integrated medical practice • Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions • Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills • Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records • Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs
