📋 Description

• Own and manage the sales cycle targeting key healthcare accounts in the assigned territory • Build relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgical centers, home health organizations, and post-acute care facilities • Create trust and develop new partnerships • Lead consultative, solution-based sales involving multiple C-suite buyers and cross-functional healthcare teams • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to drive territory growth and achieve corporate goals • Create and articulate compelling value propositions for target customers • Navigate AI governance boards, IT teams, and integration requirements • Build, maintain, and drive a robust sales pipeline • Learn the Incredible Health story and communicate the value proposition to CHROs, CNOs, and CEOs • Create and close new business opportunities and customer expansions • Build a 5x pipeline through prospecting and networking • Close multiple enterprise deals • Report to the VP Sales • Help shape long-term market-growth strategy and refine the sales playbook

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience selling healthcare enterprise software solutions • Healthcare technology, healthcare services, and/or selling to CEO, COO, CHRO and CNO personas preferred • Multi-year track record of achievement against quota • Deep experience navigating complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders and influencers • Experience using AI in day-to-day work to drive key outcomes • Experience in fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environments • Ability to drive collaborative sales cycles involving experimentation and best practices • Expertise positioning and selling services to new customers and markets • Ability to learn new markets and stay current with market trends • Comfort communicating and presenting to customers and senior leadership • Strategic thinking and ability to communicate and execute strategies consistent with client needs • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Deep interest in marketplace technology and AI companies • Must be located in one of the specified states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or West Virginia
