📋 Description

• Create and adapt learning content for diverse audiences and eLearning formats • Develop computer-based training modules using Articulate 360, primarily Storyline 360, including interactive simulations • Incorporate accessibility features such as closed captions, alt text, and screen reader focus order • Coordinate with subject-matter experts to gather module information • Apply ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy instructional design models • Write voiceover scripts that distill complex technical information into digestible material • Create presentation and slide designs, infographics, templates, and other training aids while incorporating branding guidelines • Build learner-centered knowledge checks and activities • Conduct peer reviews and test scripts, text, audio, design, functionality, and usability • Present eLearning modules to teams, SMEs, and stakeholders for feedback and direction • Update and maintain modules • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements • Upload, manage, and track courses in Learning Management Systems • Write documentation for eLearning processes, procedures, checklists, and guides

🎯 Requirements

• US citizen or authorized to work and lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or a Master’s degree with at least two (2) years of experience • Four (4) years of specialized experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree • Proficiency in Articulate authoring tools, with a strong focus on Storyline 360 • Experience creating Section 508 compliant materials • Familiarity with graphic design principles and ADDIE best practices • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely • Self-motivated and creative design thinking • Excellent collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced work settings • Highly organized with the ability to pivot between tasks and priorities • Experience working in an Agile, federal consulting, healthcare, or government contracting environment is a plus • Prior experience with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services or other government agencies is a plus
