📋 Description

• Inductive Bio builds a Figma-like platform for drug discovery, backed by scalable infrastructure and state-of-the-art AI. • The platform supports collaboration across drug discovery teams and is used on 30+ programs. • They are seeking a full-stack software engineer to contribute across the stack, including backend/MLOps and UI. • As an early engineer at a rapidly-growing startup, you’ll have high impact and growth opportunities. • You'll work with chemists, ML engineers, and customers to improve the platform. • Build responsive and user-friendly software that empowers scientists and researchers. • Develop both frontend and backend components. • Design and improve infrastructure for model management and low-latency inference, including security features, performance optimization, and system orchestration. • Work closely with ML engineers to integrate ML models; training, deployment, serving. • Interact directly with scientific customers to design improvements. • Help make business and product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer • Proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies • Experience operating, monitoring, and deploying systems using cloud infrastructure • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • Interest in diving deep into the science of a drug discovery and the business of a growing startup
