πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ What you’ll do: Own the full-cycle sales for Inductive’s software and services offerings, delivering revenue and a consultative buyer experience from outreach to close β€’ Build and manage a pipeline through networking, outbound efforts, and participation in industry events and conferences β€’ Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft tailored solutions that meet customer needs and reinforce our scientific and technical credibility externally β€’ Effectively manage and grow key accounts, driving renewals and expansion opportunities β€’ Contribute to building and evolving the sales playbook, tools, and collateral - continually iterating to improve customer experience and business outcomes β€’ Represent Inductive externally at key conferences, events, and customer meetings

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of life sciences B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success selling into scientific and technical buyer personas β€’ Strong understanding of the drug discovery process for small molecules, including lead optimization β€’ PhD or MS in chemistry, with a strong preference for medicinal or organic focuses β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex scientific and technical concepts to a range of stakeholders β€’ Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable - ability to thrive in a start-up environment β€’ Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of navigating ambiguity β€’ Skilled in deal execution, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing β€’ Customer-first, high-integrity operator with a strong sense of ownership
