β’ What youβll do: Own the full-cycle sales for Inductiveβs software and services offerings, delivering revenue and a consultative buyer experience from outreach to close β’ Build and manage a pipeline through networking, outbound efforts, and participation in industry events and conferences β’ Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft tailored solutions that meet customer needs and reinforce our scientific and technical credibility externally β’ Effectively manage and grow key accounts, driving renewals and expansion opportunities β’ Contribute to building and evolving the sales playbook, tools, and collateral - continually iterating to improve customer experience and business outcomes β’ Represent Inductive externally at key conferences, events, and customer meetings
β’ 5+ years of life sciences B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success selling into scientific and technical buyer personas β’ Strong understanding of the drug discovery process for small molecules, including lead optimization β’ PhD or MS in chemistry, with a strong preference for medicinal or organic focuses β’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex scientific and technical concepts to a range of stakeholders β’ Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable - ability to thrive in a start-up environment β’ Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of navigating ambiguity β’ Skilled in deal execution, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing β’ Customer-first, high-integrity operator with a strong sense of ownership
