📋 Description

• Lead Field Applications Engineering for Advanced Industry • Drive exceptional growth and achieve sales targets • Develop and execute field application strategies with peers and business stakeholders • Develop, coach, mentor, and guide a high-performing applications team • Drive design-win growth and identify new business opportunities • Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and adaptability • Build and nurture technical relationships with major accounts • Collaborate with segment leaders, account managers, factory engineering, and product management • Establish and maintain customer excellence processes • Participate in customer meetings and ensure exceptional service and timely support • Use data-driven insights and analytics to monitor, measure, and report applications performance • Manage the field applications function budget and optimize resource allocation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Physics • 5 or more years of applications experience in advanced manufacturing, commercial semiconductor manufacturing process, industrial HVAC manufacturing, or a relevant field • Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Physics is desirable • Strong understanding of customer applications • Ability to think outside the box • Ability to adapt to various field situations • Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external customers • Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%, including domestic and international travel
