📋 Description

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems within an assigned territory • Perform maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls • Communicate with customers as a first-line response and identify appropriate solutions • Organize and triage customer issues and address potential problems proactively • Complete formal training to provide customers with needed service • Work with service operations teachers, mentors, and coaches across territories

🎯 Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area • Authorized to work in the US • At least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying NCR fleet requirements • PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software preferred • A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification preferred • One or more years of related experience preferred • Must pass applicable screening criteria
